woke up early to complete everything
that wasn't completed the day before
it was a race against time
but luckily i manage to complete everything
way earlier than i expected
even have time to do some finishing touches
to the booklet and the casing
after completing the booklet
i prepared everything i need for the night
checking google map so to make sure i don't get lost
she was still working that day, her last day of work
she would really miss all the kids at work
actually wanted to pick her up from work
but due to the jam, ended up waiting for her in front of her house
but when i arrive she still haven't reach home
was quite nervous when i reach her house
as there is one part of the booklet that is still incomplete
which require her parent's help
but i don't want her to see it as it was a surprise gift
so getting the booklet into her house without her noticing was quite difficult
she came back soon after i reach her house
and i waited in the living room while she was preparing herself
manage to get her parents to help me do the finishing touches
which is just a simple message from her parents to her
but i think the message will meant a lot to her
as her parents really spend quite some effort to complete it
but she accidentally got a peek of the booklet while her parents was busy
thinking what to write, but it was just a small peek
spent quite a long time at her home as she need to take care of some minor stuff
paperwork to be prepared before she departs to penang for her studies
after everything was done, brought her to collect her handphone
which was sent in to the "hospital" for treatment as it was "sick"
she was very happy to get her phone back
as she is quite lonely without her own phone
not being able to stay in touch with her friends

after that it was all the way to our dinner location
it was a place full of memory for me
as i once celebrated my birthday over there with my friends
it was a long drive as it's still a foreign place to me
but we manage to get there safely
she recognised one of the place by the picture i took
previously when i was there with them
ate at chilli's for dinner
the food was not as good as the previous one i had
her choice of food was not so nice, mine was only so so
but the drinks was awesome. best milk shake ever.
after dinner, went to have a walk around the mall
took two polaroid pictures, one for her and one for me
thanks to shin dhee for the camera, i really appreciate it
after that went a little sight seeing at klang
where i handed her the booklet and she flipped it
from cover to cover for the very first time
and she really liked the booklet
i was really satisfied when she smile so happily
while flipping the booklet
looking through the content of the booklet
and telling me what she think about the booklet
but she expression when she was looking at the booklet
PRICELESS
but all good things do have to come to an end
sent her home after everything
and ended the long day at 1 am in the morning of 31.08.2012

despite all the happy things that happened
she was having her gastric pain throughout the whole day
i really appreciate her enduring the pain throughout the whole time out
it was really painful as it was clearly reflected in the facial expression
she could have demanded to go home but she did not
felt really bad when i heard her coughing and gagging from outside the toilet
thank you. thank you for the memory. thank you for the gift from australia.
thank you for everything up until now.

nike run

it was nike run yesterday

attended it with my friends

i had barely enough training for the run

which i find its very difficult to complete the run

nike run is help in kl this year

with the theme werunkl2012

the starting point was at jalan ampang

and the ending point was at padang merbok

the entire 10km route was ran at highway

which made us passed by a toll

the toll employees was cheering us on the entire way 

when we pass by the toll booth

the run was quite difficult as it involve a lot of uphill slope

and the slope is quite steep

and it command a lot of energy to conquer it

the nike run was quite successful

as it manage to gather 15 thousand runner

this year, other than the normal running vest,

there is also a finisher vest.

once you completed the run, you can collect the vest

and the ending point of the run

despite the sudden change of ending venue

from stadium to padang

the run went on smoothly

after the run

there is performance by many local artiste

such as miss nina, jj and ean and dance crews

it was quite happening

and many enjoyed the concert despite being tired and exhausted

from completing the run

the only downside of the run

which is the main complaint

is that the field was muddy from the long rain before the run

and the finishing line being in the middle of the field

cause the entire field to become a mud fest

with shoes getting stuck in the mud and making a HUGE mess of the shoe

some runner wore their new nike shoe and have no choice

but to sacrifice it and walk into the mud

as the finishing line and the finisher vest collection counter

is in the middle of the field

another complaint is that the shuttle bus 

despite being stated as 10 minute wait

did not arrive after a 20 minute wait

decided to catch a cab but after a long attempt

which we failed to hail a cab,

we decided to walk to the nearest lrt station which is

1.5km away from the place we are

after a long walk and arriving at klcc

which is where we park our car,

we met up with my friends and had dinner

before leaving for home,

stopped by the klcc park water fountain performance

it was beautiful and stunning

and off we go back home after finishing the show

how i did for the run

i manage to complete the run within the allocated time

i manage to obtain the finisher vest

however i did not go to the performance as i was having the cramps

on both my leg after the exhausting run

i do however enjoyed the run

outcome of the run the next day

i have lead pipes as my leg

my whole body aches but it felt great

and i think i hate stairs for today

quick october

just one week into October

but yet so many things have happened

so a quick update of what have happened

send my baby, aka my PC

to the hospital for one day

and it came back better and faster

did not upgrade any parts of her

just a mere format of the hard disk

but she is now as good as she can be

maybe better than before

but i still love her just as much

bought a new badminton racket

and it was really good

can feel the difference between the new and old one

however my wrist strength is not enough

to fully utilize the racket

ended up hurting myself

so more wrist strength training for me

so i can use it without hurting myself

collected the Nike run running vest

its black with a lightning symbol in front

the collection venue is at the curve

and there was an event there to enable you

to customize your running vest

a small challenge of running 150m on a treadmill

within 1 minute and you will earn a badge

that you can attach to your running vest 

on the spot

the facilitator of the treadmill i ran

while attempting the challenge was very cute

she's quite small sized and quite bubbly

but i embarrassed myself in front of her because

my pants was too loose that it kept falling off

while i was busy running

the Nike run goody bag have

1 zalora voucher, 1 Nike 20% discount voucher

1 boost juice bar voucher, and a original Nike water bottle

this year there will also be a finisher jersey

but its on a first come first serve basis

another motivation for me to run faster

lastly, celebrated jessy's birthday

kwan yong brought us to this secretive location

to have quite authentic Korean food

the place itself is very Korean feeling

and the food is uniquely different

it was my first try at Korean food

i have nothing to compare against 

but i will say that it's really not bad

went to meeples for round 2

and had fun while making a lot of noises

The Month Before

the whole of august
was planning what to do for her
as she is going to begin a new chapter in her life
everything will be easier if i just buy something but
then it would'nt bring any significant meaning and
she won't really like it as i already
promise that i wont buy
so i decided to make it instead

talked to a lot of friends about what to do
what will reflect my feeling and make an impact
the initial plan i had in mind was to make a card
in the exact replica of her phone
with the birthday part resembling an app of the phone
but it was overly complicated and i have to admit
i am very very bad at artworks!!
*that's why i keep looking at your phone*

as the day countdowns, i still have not manage to figure
what to do and it was really frustrating
was out with a friend to buy some artwork material
when i stumble upon the colour paper section
which i usually ignore in popular bookstore
i had an idea of what to do for her
asked my friend to teach me some tricks about art and craft
and also ask my brother about some tricks about it
as he is studying art related program

the idea was to make her a notebook with multi coloured pages
and have something in them which are important to her
wonderful and important memories which she treasure
the plan involve a lot of cutting, pasting and writing
along the way, i had idea about how to make it better
and i'm quite happy with myself
being able to come up with that idea
and appreciate my friend giving me support

one day before that day
i had completed almost everything
what is left is to put everything together
and it is not easy at all
putting everything together in accordance to my idea
i realise that as i slowly progress
that it's going to be a very long day
as i have no class today
i started my quest from morning and it is still not completed
when i reach 3am in the morning
and by then i had to scrap off one of my ideas
as i have not enough time and most importantly
the binding that hold them together
will not be able to accommodate my plans
it was very frustrating at first when i first realise it
spend a lot time thinking how to get it done
without sacrificing any of my ideas
but after one whole hour of desperate brainstorming
i decided to scrap the idea and move on
but i already had a long day
in a small accident, i accidentally
made a deep cut in my finger, resulting in quite a bleed
i quickly treated it, pack up my stuff and went to bed
knowing that i'm too tired to proceed and
proceeding might result in more injury.

i'm back

just finish marking the exam scripts
caused me a very big headache
now i have quite some free time
going to concentrate on completing a few post
as well as start to study for my finals
and start reading my books that i bought from bookfest and bigbadwolf
as well as preparing myself for nike run 2012

bad news is that my sunburn wont heal
i still have that obvious two tone skin on my arm
and i have a sudden urge to splurge on
j.k rowling new book, the casual vacancy
but sadly, i'm currently very very poor

had a great talk with shin dhee
i very appreciate it

preparation

few more weeks before nike run
managed to register this year due to nike representative
coming to the college to offer us college student
pre-open registration rights
so that we student dont need to fight with those
working adults to register online as what happened last year
but due to my extreme laziness
i have been delaying my own training for it
i think i have to prepare myself starting tomorrow
to ensure that i can survive through the 10km run
have to discipline myself
can i?

taking a break

was quite busy for the month of september
have a few post that is still in progress and yet to be completed

friends

having a bunch of close friend
is the next best thing you can ever hope for
though they are not ranked as highly as our parents
but they are still unique and irreplaceable
you might be angry at them, unhappy about them
but in the end, you still find joy being around them

what is defined as a close friend
they can pinpoint your mistake and shoot it in your face
they can insult you and still be nonchalant
they can humiliate you and still think its funny
they can share all your silly moments and still laugh together with you
they can give hard to accept advice without backing down
they will be there when you need them and even when you dont need them

its not easy to find a bunch of them
but i'm glad that i had a few of them
in my life that i can really have fun with
though we have bad moments and our own commitment
i hope we stay like this for as long as possible

miniature holiday

one week break for hari raya
did not went to any malay friends house for visiting
due to majority of them went back kampung for that 5 days holidays
spend a lot time with those crazy friends of mine
basketball, badminton, mamak
was a healthy week and a crazy timeout

went to bookfest on thursday
the crowd was awesome as usual
especially the chinese section
it was overcrowded
you can actually bump elbow with people
as you walk pass aisle of books
there were many offers
amazing books at amazingly low price
however, it still a bit pricey for me as
most books i want are not for sale and is still at its usual price
but you cant deny that the stationery are the best offer

visit shin dhee at her booth at bookfest
lotsa drama happened that day
so she was quite stressed
but a few more days and its finally over for her
bookfest is the most big project
kudos to her and all popular staff for making it a success
you can see its success reflected in the newspaper

the holiday is ending

retreat for the soul

been to the retreat camp last weekend
it was a small camp with the objective to allow bonding with the committee
i was the first there as i had the key to the premise
when i entered, it was very peaceful
i prayed to the buddha and meditated for a few minutes as there is no one there
after the meditation, i cleared up the place and waited for the others to arrive

i learned a lot from the camp
despite the camp only lasted for one day and a half
it was really meaningful and it really felt that i know my fellow committee more
the knowledge that i gained from the camp i shall cherish and apply in my daily life
how often do you have senior that will teach you things that you cant learn
from your average textbook
to those that attended the camp, i hope the lesson learnt will change your life

had dinner with all those that attended after the camp
it was amazingly hilarious and enjoyable at the same time
was able to talk with them better as they had open up and not having fear
after the dinner, send everyone home and meet up with me friends
and head home for a long nice sleep afterwards

what i learn from the camp is as follows:
1. always plan ahead what you want to do and what you want to achieve so that you know the direction you want to go and strive towards achieving
2. whenever you want to pass a message to anyone, make sure you do it yourself and directly to that person and not through any medium or channel as they may messed up the message
3. sometimes when you work together as a team with people, there will be some that will do shit and messed up the rhythm or the project, instead of giving up or bring mad, try to turn the situation around and work toward achieving it
4. sometimes you are given task you are not familiar with, it doesn't mean that you should give up, do your best to achieve it and also ask for help from people that knows about it. do your very best to complete the task assigned.

catching up

had dinner with dato Mich and shin dhee few days before her departure back to Australia to continue her studies. she has been back a few time for the past two years but never manage to get to go out with her due to timing problems, but this time i managed to get her and had a wonderful catch up session. had dinner at express cafe despite our plan to drag her all the way to ss2 to eat the wonderful murni, but sometimes plans don't go according to plan.
had a wonderful catch up session after dinner. laughing all the way. she is still the same person that i knew back then. one of a kind lady that gives off a unique vibe, kinda like what a royalty gives off. talked all sorts of nonsense and funny stuff. she was shocked that we could actually sit down and talk for 3 hours. well, its been years since we last talked, there is so much to catch up. but still there is not enough time to fully catch up but no worries, she's coming back this December, will find time to catch up with her again.
why am i typing long paragraphs like this? because while we were catching up, shin dhee told me that the way i write is not really nice to read. well this is for shin dhee. do you like reading this very bulky bunch of words or would you prefer my previous short and simple to understand line line thing. haha. well to be honest, im getting a bit of a headache when i see so many words. unless it's a story book or an interesting book or a textbook, i don't think i will enjoy reading so many words. that's why i have lots of short notes which are easy to read and easy to understand. haha. okay. that's all.

security issues

security nowadays are getting worst by the day
there is barely one day where the newspaper
wont have any news about people getting robbed
slashed, kidnapped and lots of other malicious stuff
they say girls and woman are more vulnerable to those attack
but think again, they are also targeting guys as well
they show no mercy as long as they can achieve their motive
to get their hands on your valuable

was just the victim of a mini break in
have thieves broke in my own house compound
at 4am in the morning
cleaning both cars for the cash in it
you think its nothing when it happens to other
but when it happen to yourself
its something else all together
a word of advice
be cautious where ever you go
no matter how safe that place may be
staying alert might just help save your life

it's started to rain frequently
makes the night cool and windy
makes me want to hug my bed and sleep
as long as i want
time to sign off, working hours just finished

Great meetings

though july started not so awesome for me
but at least class started off with a superb note
was not really sure who is my lecturer but i have heard
from my friends that he is a lecturer that many will enjoy
and i have to agree after my first class with him
meet my lecturer MR. MICHEAL

why is he such a great lecturer and why i enjoy him
first off, he is SARCASTIC as hell
he will not spare any moment to INSULT his student
SARCASTICALLY and though i understand them immediately
he said that most student dont and he have to repeat them in a OBVIOUS way
but he is SARCASTICALLY funny

secondly he is a great ACTOR
he likes watching movie and well like any GOOD malaysian
DOWNLOADED a whole crap of it in this SMALL external hard disk
SMALL he claims as he told us its a mere 2TB hard disk
SMALL as it only the number 2
and he have a VARIETY of facial expression
that will get you LAUGHING like a mad person

lastly is that he is a humorous guy
he get the class ROLLING with good jokes
and meaningful stories
though most of the jokes usually ended up becoming
DIRTY jokes
but it manage to get the class to stay focused and following him as he teaches

first time since a long time i used the train
quite shock to see nice changes to some station
and the subang station so called promotion board
about ktmb services
i would like to say
whatever is on that board
is total CRAP
i cant see a executive manager using the TRAIN services
and can be a WITNESS to the change in the services
HELLO. people with his rank DRIVES or have a DRIVER
you think they are paid high salary to be late for meetings due to KTMB DELAY?
HELLO. choose the right people la KTMB.

Flat battery

today was not really a day for me
first went to college to pay my fees
return my cheque which is not acceptable by the bank
and attempt to collect my textbook before classes tomorrow
but too bad that its only available for collection tomorrow
therefore i went back empty handed

went out to lunch with a primary school mate
had a great catch up session
and a hearty lunch
mostly chicken rice
fattening but delicious
after i sent my friend back home
my car battery decided to give up on me
and my car cannot start
and was stuck there helplessly
waiting for help to arrive under the hot sun
after waiting for roughly 45 minutes
helps arrives and i reached home

that's the end of my holiday
class starting tomorrow
i might be considering doing part time classes
and work full time
still thinking

Meeting

i meet my friends every week
basketball, badminton, gathering, dinner, lunch
you name it, most probably i have done it with my friends
it would be an understatement to say that
i rarely go out with my friends
i have lots of cool and memorable memories with my friends
secondary memories, camp memories and lots more to come

was thinking about it while working
and realise that i do spend lots of time
without me realising it
that actually we meet up more time than i actually counted
and i actually is the person you meet the most
out of all others

i lose sight of what is so close to me so easily
from being too greedy
i'll learn from my mistakes
as well as keeping to my word. : )

Finally done with my finals
How was my exam?
let's just say that i did my best
and i have no regrets :)

So right now its my small and short holiday
but it's short lived as i going to go help my mum
as she is again having problem with her work
so off i go again

June is a good month
bunch of me friend are coming back
from all over the world
and they going back at september only
means i get to see them and catch up

feel satisfied despite the short conversation

OhMyGOD~!!
it's june already
i can't believe it
stress from studying as the time
tick toward the exam date
but thanks to my bunch of friends
always there to relieve my stress
am glad that i have them as my friend

despite all that
june is quite a month
bunch of old friend that went overseas
are all coming back to malaysia
for their holiday
are going to take this chance to go outings with them
during my 2 weeks holiday
to catch up with them and stay connected
as some of them dont usually come back
as the air fare are quite expensive

went to see skin specialist today
urgh
my legs are really killing me nowadays
got lots of cream from the doctor
hopefully my leg will recover in time
dont really like what going on right now
its truly a sight for sore eyes

time ticking away
counting down the days
exam exam here i come

day of misfortune

today is the day after so long
i went back to college for revision class
it started out really great with me waking ahead of my alarm
and switching it off before it even rang
but i did not notice that my both my phone time
are slightly different due to my old phone
constantly shutting itself off for no reason
while i was bathing half way the alarm rang and i panicked
as my parent and sibling are all still sound asleep
rushed out to turn it off and accidentally caught the cold

had my breakfast and fetched my brother
to the train station where we took the train together to go college
everything was okay all the way until i reached sunway pyramid
was pressing on the elevator button
pressing down a few time and notice that the button wont light up
thought the lift broke down until one aunty who was standing next to me
all this while talking on the phone pressed up after i was there pressing 10 minute
and told me down button rosak press up then go inside press the lower level button
i was shocked but thankful for the aunty advice

reached college and class started at 8.30am
everything was okay until lunch time
everything turned sour right after
during lunch while i was having lunch
i did not notice that my chair was a bit shaky and unstable
and while i was eating half way
the chair gave way and break
i went crushing down as the chair gave way
and injured my leg quite serious as my actually sat on top my leg
with the chair trapping my leg in a weird angle

then continue with my class until evening
everything was still alright
until i arrived at the bus station watching the bus that i want to take
driving off as fast as it could and me with the injured leg
cannot chase the bus and ended up having to wait for another bus
which took me another half an hour
reached the train station after and the train arrived shortly after i arrived
i went on the train and after 5 minute the station master announced
that the train i am currently on has broke down and ask us to wait for the next train
at the opposite platform
while walking my way to the opposite platform
one of the clip on my bag broke and my bag just fell to the ground
and my phone was inside my bag
i was left with a handicapped bag with only one clip left to support the bag
and my already crazy phone went amok on me
refusing to power up despite me keep trying to turn it on

but after keep trying
it came alive and coincidentally i reached home
meet my brother and fetch him home together
though it was a not so good day
especially for a monday
but small small incident like such
we can learn a lot from it.

went to sunday class today

the kids are hyper active again as usual

reason being school holidays are nearing

they cant wait for the school holiday to start

and there will be 3 weeks off for the sunday class

brought lolipop for the kids today

luckily brought enough for all of them

seeing their happy face 

makes my day shine a lil

went for a short meeting with the youth 

only a few went to the meeting

ended up watching the laker vs okc match

while indulging in mcdonalds

after the match, we went on to talk about several

non meeting issues and laughed 

we made lots of noise that day

shared a lot of stuff with them

and learned a lot in return

exam getting nearer and nearer

my revision has gone from slow to fast

being there is still lots to cover and lesser time available

going to be missing in action soon

back to nerdy mode

still the same

went to college by train again
i was just too lazy to drive
with all the jam and parking problems

its been a while since i last use the train
as you know
the train have been replaced by the new 6 coach train
not all of it but most of the time you get the new train
the good thing about the new train is that
you have more seat and the air conditioner are well maintained
and you have extra entertainment as there are small tv installed
in the train which have cartoon and movie trailers
its a big improvement compared to the old train
but people being people will still complaint

i too have some complaint
just a small minor issue
which is the cartoon and movie trailer that they show
in the train for the past few months
have always been the same
for the cartoon its always the same two episodes of tom and jerry
while the movie trailer its always ghost rider 2, this means war.
its kinda boring when you can predict the next scene
just maybe they kind enough to change it
i will be most grateful

but with the major improvement
i'm happy as ktm have improve not only the train
but some of the train station
giving them facelift, installing elevator system, improving carpark
kudos to ktm :)

dangerous drivers

been driving up and down to college these few days
used the usual federal highway and kesas highway
realise something in common
people just like to compete with trailers or the 8 wheelers
in term of speed and driving skill
which usually does not end up in an accident
but if the driver does not pay attention all the time
accident happens
truthfully, the trailer and 8 wheelers driver are not really afraid
they are larger in size and weight
if a normal car crush into them, they wont suffer much damage
but the same cannot be said to the normal car
even if the impact is within the speed limit
usually it does not end well for the normal car
minimal damage to the car is already expected
worst outcome will be the lost of life
already saw a few accident for the last few days
luckily its does not happen in the way i'm using
but still the view of wrecked car and injured driver
always leave an impression
to all my friends
please drive safe and carefully
especially when you hit the highway
better safe than sorry.

being happy

this was a few weeks back
was talking with my friends at mamak
discussing about relationship
and something my friend said
really made an impression in me
of course he is already in a relationship
but what he said was no doubt
the most crucial thing for a relationship

he said
when you like someone
and you sincerely like that person
you will not really care whether or not
in the end,
will you be together with that person
the most important thing is
you want that person to be
the happiest person
whenever that person is with you

i think this should be the thing
both side should have

feeling my heart beating late at night
makes me feel alive

sick.hell

being sick is totally not good at all
my sore throat killed me
cause i cant talk for a day or two
cant swallow solid food for a few days
only drinking water or have porridge
so yeah
i loose some weight
but am sure will put it back
after i fully recover
no worry about that

am more worried about my leg
its been hurting for quite a while
since that day
first it was sores
then it was slightly swollen
now red sores and slight blisters
i think my leg is giving up on me
but luckily it became better today
hoping for a quick recovery
so i can start to go back to my exercise routine
feel so uncomfortable
taking a few weeks off my exercise routine

something have been bothering my mind

since yesterday night

stopping me from falling asleep

as the thought kept popping out of my mind

making me quite restless

which made that thought run wild
and bringing more thought into my mind
it quite disturbed me

woke up and still
my mind wont give up on that thought
made my heart racing and beating faster than usual
with my already not so healthy body
it made me even more sick
so i picked up my pen and wrote out
whatever my heart is thinking
and using my rational thought
wrote down a simple answer to every thought
and within a few second
that thought had disappeared from my mind
i was quite peaceful once again

so i ended up writing a bunch of jibberish
whatever my mind thought of
i wrote it down
as close to its meaning as my grammar allows it
and then write down an answer to it
as if i was communicating with my own brain
and no i did not found out the answer of life
i found out the answers that i wanted to hear
after quite a long time of this session
i made up my mind on a few things
and got my peaceful mind back

i shall not think too much about it, i'll do what i can, what i want
and let fate dictates the rest of the journey. i'll break down and cry if the ending is not the one i want
but i'll have no regrets, knowing that i did everything i could.

Massive Flood

Around 1-2am

awake to the sound of monstrous lighting strike

which made the sky seem so white

and sound as if world war III happened

right at my backyard

the sound of the wind terrifying

and the heavy pouring of the rain

combined all those element, its like nature own orchestra performing

though it's the disturbing type

but i end up going back to sleep

despite the abnormal phenomena

Morning

Was shaken awake by my mum

apparently our house was flooded she say

i panicked as i left all my notes on the floor the night before

rush out of bed with that out of the world bed look

only to realise that my mum spooked me

the water level almost enter the house

flooding the entire porch of the house

i had the sense of relieve and annoyance

heard from my mum that when my sis waited for the school bus to pick her up

the water was at knee level outside

and my dad car almost KO-ed while fetching my brother to KTM

after the water resided to an acceptable level

followed my parents to their office as their office have a history of being flooded

and they need the extra manpower to become cleaners

saw a lot of car stranded in deeper flood area and their owner screaming at the phone

saw a few shop lot owners unable to go into the shop due to the major flood right in front of their shops

flooding their shop and goods

saw a lot of my neighbour, busying with their brooms and mops and bucket, using skills i never seen before

to clean up the compound of their house

saw massive traffic jam caused by everyone using the not so flooded route to work, 3 lanes become 4 lanes, car squeezing like sardines cans, honking like nobody business

saw school fields and basketball fields becoming on the spot swimming pools, flooding up to the knee level

saw school kids plowing through the water with their bag and books up high, trying to get into dry area while ensuring their bang and books are dry

saw school kids playing in the water as the school was forced to close for the day due to the flood

it took half an hour to get to the office, which is way longer than the usual 5 minutes

in the end there was no flood at the office, which shocked my parents but they are unusually happy

cause nothing was damaged.

scary flood, first time in my life i seen such a flood. ><

it's time for the state government to improve the drainage system here.

and for a bonus, the power generator at my housing area was totally fried by the flood, no electricity until backup power generating trucks were sent. but the power supply was super unstable. sigh.

Crap #11

It's Monday, the beginning of a fresh week. As usual everyone will experience Monday blues, some might not. As usual, being a college student, going to college early in the morning to attend classes. Had a bad Sunday night. Did not really get sufficient rest due to the poor brain of mine keep drifting off into the endless sea of thoughts. Thanks to some really soothing melody on youtube, i manage to sleep off while listening to them. Kudos to all the youtube uploader, you can really safe people life. As usual, today class was nothing much, the simple yet entertaining class of mine.After class, went to help my parent at their office. Office work don't really suit me, stiff necks and aching back is a good friend for those who constantly sit still. Definitely not my friend i would want to accompany me. Went to gym again after work, after being absent for a few days, just doing treadmill and cycling took everything i had for that day. My thigh are aching but thanks to Shin Dhee delivery of IGemZ cd's, my mind is not really picking up the pain. Off to bed for today, tomorrow got class, work and gym again. :)

Melaka Trip.

awesome trip with friends
memorable two day

departed at the noon
after feedback meeting with
2011 camp committees
drove my beloved waja there
*feeling damn proud*
first long distance drive
and my beloved waja survived
but the radio decided to backstab me

reached melaka after 2 hours drive
check in into motel sayang sayang
wonderful place, wonderful settings

this is the nicest mural
on the motel wall which i love the most

after check-in
went jonker walk for a while
and headed to capitol satay
for dinner
its a signature place in melaka
almost everyone who came here
will want to eat here only ONCE
cause the queue will kill your hunger
we waited for 2 hours plus just to get into the place
we enjoyed your meal for an hour or so
its nice after the long wait

to buy some souvenier

bought a few for my mom

wanted to buy one for her

but remembered the promised i made to her

after finish shopping

drove back to kl

thought of having murni as dinner

but turns out it was closed at monday

so have to go to island cafe

which is not bad too

went to ss2 pasar malam which is next to the island cafe

then went home. :)

would like to go back to melaka again

countdown to feb 13th

February the 13th and the next day

one of the
more important date in the year
for all acca students which
sat for the december sitting examinations
its non other than
the result day

as usual the result will only
be released after 12pm noon
usually all of us will be particularly
moodless, excited and nervous at the same time
even if there is classes going on in the morning
most people cant really focus

after the result came out
only will see two reaction
one is the usual happy faces
telling you that they manage to claw past the obstacle
and lady luck in on their side
another will be the sad faces
telling you to stay away from them cause
they will snap and unleash their wrath

the strangeness of the date allocated
will bring about a lot of unwanted emotions
for the following day
which is valentines day
hopefully everything will turn out well for those
who are celebrating after getting their result

Chinese New Year 2012

Chinese new year
Its already day 8 of the festive
though its a 15 day celebration
but most of us only celebrate it
for at most a week

How was my new year?
well it was fun and exciting
went out with friends for house visiting
did the usual once a year activity
not to mention
ate so many different types of
festive cookies
no doubt, chinese love to eat

the best thing i like about the festive
is to go house visiting and catch up with friends
talk about the past year
and gossip about the future
and dig up some dirt
making the one year absence
felt like it's only been one day

gained weight during the week
no doubt caused by wonderful food
made by my beautiful mum
and the cookie delight
when house visiting marathon
lucky this only last a week
or else i'll be down with
a lot of health problems

class starts today
everybody puts on the zombie face
all physically here but the mind is absent
everyone is still kicking
into the high new year mood gear
not ready to kick back into study mode gear
it'll take time
but there is no time to slack nor waste

its sunday
usually people sleep late
or have planned outing on this day
but not for me
went back to kcba to help out
in their sunday dhamma class
it was a new experience
found out some very interesting things
about the kids nowadays

kids nowadays are not that far-fetched
as we thought they are
yes, they are still addicted to
electronical device such as smart phones and tablet
as well as the interesting games in them
they are still the same as us back then
minus the electronical device
they still play chess
they have fun with their imagination
and their laughter and giggles
still fills my mind

but kids nowadays
are slightly more aggressive nowadays
they can really pull, kick, punch, slap
just to get the things they want
i don't blame them though
they are still young
they will learn eventually

actually suppose to be there
to help her out with her class
ended up having a own class on my own
did not really talk much today
manage to pass her the thing i bought her
wanted to spend more time with her
she is really beyond my reach

changes in the generations.

went college today to settle some issues
with sunway TES ( my course office)
passed by the financial counter when settled everything
with the intention to pay my fees
only to see tons of people queuing to pay the fees
was totally turned off by the scene of it
so i decided not to pay and try my luck next time

all the while i was in college
something caught my attention
everybody here to settle the acca things are here
with their partner( bf/gf ) instead of their parents
same applies to most of the newcomers that just graduated last year
from high school
saw swarms of couple sitting around college
holding hand in one hand while the other holding the
enrollment form and payment advice

i will be lying if i say that i am not jealous but
paying for your own college course
should be accompany by parent
to ensure that you dont make rush decision
and waste your parent money
not to say that you cant go with your partner
but whatever right?

college did not change as much as i expect it to change
still the same building, same facilities, same food

time for another new year resolution.
question: did i complete my last year resolution
answer: nope. but i accomplished some.
so now, it's time to renew those resolution
and hope this year(2012) can be a kind one
and allow me to complete my resolutions.
but before that, a brief new year eve celebration post

dinner at setia alam pasar malam.
countdown at klang parade.
it's not the usual countdown combination,
but hey with the right person it is.
went to both places with a person
that made me laugh the whole day without fail
and at some point made me amazed a while
though got sprayed by snow spray and stand for half an hour
but i had a wonderful time at the last day of 2011 with her.

next up new year resolution~!!

1. lose weight.
because someone challenged me. a present once i lose enough weight. better keep your promise. i know you are reading this.

2. complete acca.
going to kick into high gear and complete acca within 2012 and start working life as soon as possible.

3. travel with friends.
havent really completely traveled around malaysia. would really hope to travel to more places and enjoy my own home country.

4. mind my mouth.
becareful of what i say and what i EAT. trying to make the world a better place by making a small change in myself. " Be the change you want to see in the world" quoted by micheal scofield in prison break.

5. be someone different.
not to say become a completely different person but more towards changing to be a better person. not to say i am a bad person changing to a good person. but rather becoming a better person.

6. improve my driving skills.
thanks to someone constantly reminding me of my bad driving skills. so yeah. have to improve them so that i wont get pestering and constant reminder to drive better.  so VROOM VROOM VROOM

7. create more memories.
taking more picture when outings with friends. " a picture paints a thousand word" that is so true. some things will create more impact when you have pictures rather than just words.

8. grow taller.
if you are reading this and you laughed, mind you, this a person's dream. want to grow taller due to several reasons hoping i would still have a chance to grow as they say guys puberty is until 21 years old.

9. live to tell the world i survived doomsday on the mayan calender. xD
the title says it all.

10. try to be a more cheerful person for the whole year
smile as much as i can, to friends and to strangers. you dont need to spend money to smile. just a small smile would make a difference in a person life, i know it works, cause i'd been thru it.

11. be punctual.
dont laugh~!! no more late okay.
