December.

A month of busy-ness, fun and crap

many events takes place during december

which is

My Birthday

thanks to those who wished me and to my camp friends that took the extra miles to celebrate my birthday with me as well as my secondary school friends. it was amazing despite having exams a few days after.

Finals

finals on december. some more a few days after my birthday. it was a difficult paper. some cried, some was broken. despite everything, everything went smoothly during exams. i'll pray hard so that i will pass both papers and move on in my studies.

Camp

one of the best event on 2011. camp was amazing from pre-camp to the dinner after camp. despite having so much difficulties in a new environment, everyone did their best, struggling to perfect the camp for the participants. thanks for those who have attended the camp. pictures are available at the mitra dyc page in facebook. to all the committee, sorry if i had done or said anything offensive and sorry for my massive snoring. a lil recap of the 5 days in camp.

Day 1 - hectic day. was told some issues and placed effort to overcome them. tired to the max. practically drove around klang a few times. learnt man in the mirror. had fun bonding with new committees and work around the clock.

Day 2 - first day of camp. everything went smoothly until it rained. but everything was overcome. was glad to see some old faces as well as new faces in camp. the smile and laughter on each participant face, melts the accumulated stress of all committees. the effort was worth it.

Day 3 - second day of camp. signs of tiredness was on every committee face. barely anyone got enough rest but still no complaints, we still need to press forward. no complications for the day. participant this year though very active and energetic, are all very well behaved.

Day 4 - zombies committees on the attack. major activities are placed today. water war, the star of the camp taken their tolls on every committee. despite the heavy rain, we managed to pull it off and have a lil time off for ourselves as well.

Day 5 - last day of camp. emotions flying around every where. video presentation and clean up. the traditional hugging session signals the end of the camp. as usual, dinner for those who put so much effort. it was awesome to have meat after so long but everyone was too tired for anything else. everything ended with a laugh and smile.

overall, camp was amazing. tiring and taxing but it's worth all the effort. definitely a memory that i will cherish as long as i can still remember it.

Christmas eve

food preparation, gift exchange, countdown. every single good thing about life in one small celebration. was looking forward to it due to some personal reasons. miscommunication happened but still i am satisfied that i have did everything that i have wanted. the 2 small goal of the day was completed. pictures paints a thousand word. take care my friend. till we meet again in the future, hope you will take care of yourself. sleepover after the party, have a small session to get to know each other more. secrets screeched across the room. a small sleepover but a big step toward the future.

Christmas

nothing much happened. the two significant things that i did was had pork chop rice with the sleepover party and slept most of my xmas away. who says single people cant enjoy christmas which was meant to be celebrated in pairs. 

that's all until now.

december is really a month to remember.

awkwardness was warded off.

friend were made.

friendship established.

truly a good way to end a year.

it's due to several reasons
1. the train is rarely on time
2. the train some times dont have air cond
3. the train is always packed during peak hour
4. train delay can go up to half a day
5. train spoil very often
6. whenever there is heavy rain, no need to think, confirm delay

these are the several more severe cases
if included the minor details and error
the list will go on and on and on
they used to have this policy if the train is delayed
then you can have a refund from the station you bought it
and now to attract more people to take the train

i am a person

Kids Shoes

train delayed again today
waited for 40 odd minutes for the train
during the time waiting for the train to go home
a train heading the opposite direction came
among the many passenger that came down
to the current station
was a family consisting of parent and 2 children
the children are around age 1 to 2
cute little boy and girl
wearing those shoes which squeaks
whenever they move
example of the squeaky shoes

the sound of the squeaky shoes
caught my attention immediately
the giggle of the little girl running slowly
to prevent herself from falling
to make the shoes squeak
was priceless
we rarely remember the time when we are
toddlers
i always try to imagine myself
when i was still a small small boy
running around with the squeaky shoes
this scene remind me of
how when we are small kids
we are able to have fun
with almost anything we can grab

thursday
while walking around in sunway pyramid
saw this bunch of kids
playing among themselves
jumping from one tile to another
trying to "catch" each other
while not trying to get out of their own tiles
to most of the other shoppers
it might be an annoying act
but to the children
it is a very fun and exciting moment
they are drown in their own excitement and joy
engrossed in their own world
separated from the adulthood
and the cruelty of reality
though the noise that they make can be
annoying and irritating sometimes
but when you look at their joyful face
their cheerful laughter and their sense of satisfaction
you might have the urge to join them in their fun
to once again relive the sensation
of being your own little small world
thinking about this
wont it put a small smile on your face
i would really want
someday in the future
to tile skip around the shopping centre
while being ignorant of the view of others
and simply enjoy being in my own space
skipping towards the future

i passed my ACCA exams
and thus i am now in the final 5 papers of ACCA
though i pass
i am not very satisfied with my result
i would say i scored under par
i brought this result due to my own laziness
must work hard for this semester

got a camp during the holiday
hope i will learn something new

Orphan.Life.Suffering.

i attended a very meaningful event yesterday at hokkien association klang which totally change my way of thinking in a certain way. it was a fund raising event dedicated to raise fund for the construction of temple in Africa which will also acts as the shelter for the orphans of Africa while providing them with the proper food as well as education.

it all started with the dream of a single monk who knew about the situation in Africa regarding the children and how they are all malnourished and left without any shelter from the action of mother nature. his wish and aim is to provide them with a shelter as well as education and food. his passion and drive until now resulted in 4 temple being construction is various location in Africa but he vows that he will not stop as long as there is still orphans that require his helping hand.

children there are given 3 meals a day that is essential for the children's growth. they are also provided with education that met the standard of the African government. in addition, they are also taught the chinese language, buddhism and the chinese martial arts which is the kung fu.

from the temple, a few children will be picked and will be travelling around the world performing to the public at large to raise fund to help the other orphan that is still homeless and requires help. any samaritian which wants to give an helping hand can go to the website amitofocc to seek more information.

looking at the kids performing during the event make me think back and realize how good our life is when compared to theirs yet they can still put on a smile where ever they are and still treat you politely. if you dont appreciate the life you have now, you should go to africa and help out. maybe it will change your view of life.

Understanding The Delay

something happened today
which made me realise why sometimes
when there is a breakdown in the train
it will cause a delay
the reason being
the next train will have to travel to the station
where the previous train is stranded
and pull the train into the neutral lane
before proceeding and continuing its journey
therefore the massive delay.
this is among one of the reason for the delay
there may be more reason why it is delayed
the best way is for the ktm to announce the reason why
rather than leaving everyone is the their own free thought
this is what i think is appropriate

Weekend Getaway

genting highlands.
a wonderful place for a weekend getaway.
with friends which are a part of my life.
creating memories that will never ever fade.
and secrets that are meant to be kept forever.
chilly cold winds blowing relieve us from the hot malaysian weather.
midnight stroll around genting highlands to enjoy the breeze and the scenery.
going to french theme town to enjoy the view and take some photo.
having dinner together with friends and laughing together.
it was fun and relaxing at the same time.
what more can i ask for.
a wonderful time out from hectic study life and stress.

genting was filled with couple to the brim.
anywhere you go, you will see couples everywhere.
i can smell jealousy radiating from my own body.
guess its quite a normal response aye.
my thoughts wandered off a lil that night.
am satisfied with what i already have. :)

got my battery recharged from the trip.
time to face reality once more.
it wont be easy but at least i have something new to hang on to.

First day of class, usually people would think it will be a very nice day
Think again when you enter ACCA
Every semester, when you enter for the first day of class
Be prepared to be blown apart by your lecturer
This was what happened to me on my first day of class

On the first day
I expected it to be a smooth and easy day
Since its the first day of class
But i was wrong
200+ students sitting in one lecture hall
Everyone squeezing like sardines
Lecturer explaining the course structure
Which in basic requires us, young STUDENT around the age of 20
To have a mindset of a 40 year old experienced CONSULTANT
In order for us to pass our current paper which is P2 smoothly
Her EXPECTATION was that we will manage to mature our self and obtain the sufficient experience within 2 months
And P2 is related to F7
But when she did a quick revision
It made me have the feeling that i NEVER learn F7 before in my entire life
To be truthful, i was embarrassed and mind blown
That was my first day of class experience
What a shock indeed

This means i have a lot of revision to do in order to catch up
This means less time to spend for myself
Iish, i can't seem to accept that fact

had a weird yet fantastic dream

it was like inside a game, clearing level to save a girl

the clearing the level was so exciting and breathtaking

but it made my muscle feels so sore when i wake up

its was the finale which was breathtaking

i was spending time with the girl i saved in a elevator

it felt so real

talking, holding hand, hugging

can really felt the warmth and happiness

but it does not last long

thanks to the stupid alarm clock

but its was a very nice ending

could not get it out of my head

even though the girl was someone i never seen before in my entire life

makes me miss HER even more, the girl i like

Car.Sick.

My beloved car went into the hospital today to get some checkup

It's been dying on me a few times on the road

Bear in mind its an auto car

Fixed the air cond issue in my car and now no more scent will come in

And apparently the air cond just get a bit colder now

Apparently the doctors over at the hospital could not determine the reason of sickness

Thus i have to be more careful with my car

And hopefully it won't die off on me when i need it the most

Just realise that the car have been in the family for 10 years

I've grown attached to it

The thought of removing it from my life seems horrifying

But i think my car will still function well for a few more years

To Japan, We Care

This is a special movement organised and supported by sunway pyramid management.
There are special boxes erected at various location in sunway pyramid.
At every box, there will be step by step instruction on how to fold a origami crane.
There will also be different colour of paper provided at each box.
What we have to do is very simple, follow the instruction provided on the box.
Fold the paper crane and post it into the boxes.
p/s you can write messages on the paper provided.
This is a movement to create awareness of the catastrophic event that happened in Japan.
Earthquakes and Tsunamis that hit Japan.
People, Japan need our help right now.

We might not be able to help them physically as we are unable to enter the radiation alert japan.
We might not be able to help them financially as we are just merely students.
We might not be able to do anything at all.
But as a fellow citizen on mother earth, we can however provide them with the mental support that they needed right now.
Fold a paper crane if you ever drop by sunway pyramid.
It only takes you less than 5 minutes to complete one paper crane.
Show some love, show some support.

Make your stand as a fellow citizen of mother earth helping a fellow neighbour.

Studies or Life?

Thinking a lot lately

About whether should i indulge in sociable lifestyle

Or just become a full time student that practically studies all the time

Its really hard to juggle a balance between those 2

Dreams

I had the strangest dream yesterday night.
It felt so real.
Kinda feel like not waking up and staying in that dream forever.
The dream is so nice and until now is still stick in my head.
Hope i get the same dream again but i know that it will never happen again.
The dream is actually very simple.
I was sitting with her on the beach.
Starring onto the horizon while enjoying how the sky is coloured by the sunset.
She was sitting quite close with me.
The whole time the dream was going on, we are not talking.
But it feels like we are conversing all the time.
I can actually feel her right next to me.
Her warmth, her breath, her body.
It was so real and the dream continue on with this same picture until i woke up.
When i woke up, i was hugging my pillow and blanket.
I think that is what makes it so warm.
I will never forget the dream.
Very real and wonderful dream.

My muscle are sore and painful today.
Can barely even walk to toilet.
Walking is now easier but walking up the stairs is killing me.
Can feel all my leg muscle.
Walking like a robot now practically.

Its white valentine today.
Well its non of my business.
I am wonderfully single and i am proud of it.
Hope my couple friend in class can curse my lousy F8 lecturer.
She is lousy and always love to replace class on monday.
I hate her teaching method, it sucks to the MAX.
Pffft.
Monday class suppose to end at 11am but she wants to replace another class.
3pm to 6pm.
What am i going to do for 4 hours.
I hate her.
SERIOUSLY HATE HER.

PostMarathon

I completed the 10km running course.

I did not get medal but i am not disappointed.

I will do better in my next attempt.

This marathon was a good one.

Most of us got medal (excluding me) and one of my friend.

Won the grand prize of a 32" LCD tv in the lucky draw.

What Sheer LUCK~!!

Regret having KFC as lunch.

All the calories i have burnt during the marathon.

All recovered~!!

Sigh.

Coughing non stop ever since i went home.

A good cold shower and a well deserve sleep helped me recover a bit.

But still coughing like mad.

Going to massage my leg later or else 2ml go campus sure cacat.

2ml is white valentine.

Hope all the couples have a great time 2ml.

Again, i will be spending time with my f8 lecturer.

Woots.

Time to go pamper myself.

PreMarathon

2ml is the marathon.

My current condition:

-coughing

-easily short of breath

-fat

-no training done

Conclusion:

Time to regret paying money to make yourself suffer.

Tomorrow sure SUFFER.

Sick

Got fever, cough and flu.

Well, i got the Malaysian sick package.

And 1 day before the 10km marathon.

Am still thinking whether i should run the whole 10km.

Will i survive? or will i pass out half way through the run?

Made the decision not to tell her that i was sick.

Don't know why i made this decision but i think she don't need to know.

She is having her holidays now and i think she don't bother so.

Drinking so much water and 100+

I think i will gain weight because i drank too much water.

Hopefully i survive the run.

Happy holiday to her.

But i think she don't see my blog.

So this is a safe place to voice out what i think.

Time to sleep....hope i get better before 2ml morning.

Earthquake Hit JAPAN

Today, an 8.9 magnitude earthquake hit Japan north east coast.
It happen early in the morning and the after shake is currently still felt in north japan.
The quake happen 250Km from japan and it was an underwater quake.
There is now tsunami alert to sabah sarawak area as waves are travelling towards the shores.
If you have friends over there, please remind them not to be near the shores.

I Passed

I passed my exams this time.

I barely pass my law paper which i got 52 marks.

I did quite well for both my management accounting and tax paper, both scoring 70 marks.

This means my total mark is 192 which is consider very low.

I need at least 420 to get a first class OBU degree.

Which means i need to get an average of 74 marks and above for my next 3 paper in order to get the first class degree.

This means i need to buck up on my studies for this semester.

Hopefully i can achieve my desired marks for this june exam.

Wish me luck.

KCBA 16th cam meeting started today.

Its officially announced that this year the camp will be continued.

Spread the news peeps.

The camp comm is back in town.

Saw her in the meetings today.

Fetch her home for the first time.

Hmmm.

Dooms Day Relived

The bad thing about studying ACCA is that every year, we have to undergoes severe amount of stress when it comes to 2 thing.

First is the exam day itself where all the ACCA student study until their INTESTINE ties a butterfly knot by itself and the BRAIN JUICE leaks out from nostril just to pass the HARDEST EASIEST exam in our life.

Second is the result day or dubbed the JUDGEMENT day where everyone will wait PATIENTLY ANXIOUSLY in front of their computer or laptop for the damn email ( if they have subscibe to the email result option) or forcing their way into the ACCA webpage which is so lag due to every ACCA student worldwide trying to access the website at the same time with MALAYSIA FASTEST SLOWEST internet provider STREAMYX SHYTMYX.

Seriously, i think that ACCA student are being tortured to the MAXIMUM. I will seriously advice all those who wanted to step into the WONDERFUL HELLISH world of ACCA to reconsider all their options before making the BEST WORST decision in life.

Today is the result day for the December 2010 exams.

All the best to all my fellow coursemates, hope they obtain the results that they wanted and proceed on with ACCA.

To all my group 10 classmates, hope you all get through and proceed on with ACCA and/or degree.
